**Job Title:** Director of Nursing **Location:** American Falls, ID **Salary:** $90,000 – $110,000 annually **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated Director of Nursing to lead our nursing team in American Falls. The ideal candidate will oversee patient care, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and manage nursing staff. **Responsibilities:**

• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures.

• Supervise nursing staff and conduct performance evaluations.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient care.

• Monitor patient outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives.

**Qualifications:**

Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid Idaho license.

Minimum of 5 years nursing experience, with 2 years in a leadership role.
