Salary: $95,000 – $105,000 per year
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Manager to oversee nursing staff and ensure high-quality patient care in our facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of nursing departments
Supervise and mentor nursing staff
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
Develop and implement patient care policies

Qualifications:
Registered Nurse (RN) license in CA
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; Master’s preferred
5+ years of nursing experience, with 2+ in a leadership role
