We are seeking a dedicated LPN/RN Charge Nurse to oversee patient care in our facility.
**Responsibilities:**
Supervise nursing staff and coordinate patient care activities.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor patient progress and report changes to the healthcare team.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Provide education and support to patients and families.
**Qualifications:**
Current LPN/RN license in Missouri.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Experience in a clinical setting preferred.
