**Responsibilities:**
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team.
Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans.
Provide emotional support and education to patients and families.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
**Qualifications:**
Current CA LVN or LPT license.
Experience in psychiatric or medical settings preferred.
