The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to residents in a supportive environment. **Responsibilities:**

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Monitor and document patient health status and progress.

Assist with daily living activities and personal care.

Collaborate with healthcare team to develop care plans.

Educate residents and families on health management.

**Qualifications:**

Current LPN license in Wyoming.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
