**Job Title:** Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Base Salary + Hourly Rate! **Location:** Philadelphia, PA **Salary:** $60,000 – $125,000 per year **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our team in Philadelphia. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality behavioral analysis services to clients with developmental disabilities. **Responsibilities:**

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Implement and monitor behavior intervention strategies.

• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.

• Provide training and supervision to RBTs and staff.

• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.

**Qualifications:**
  • BCBA certification required.
  • Experience in clinical settings preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
