**Job Title:** Clinical Director – LICSW, LMHC, LADC-1 **Location:** Reading, MA **Salary:** $80,000 – $85,000 per year **Job Description:** We are seeking a Clinical Director to lead our mental health and substance use treatment programs. The ideal candidate will hold LICSW, LMHC, and LADC-1 licenses. **Responsibilities:**

• Oversee clinical operations and ensure compliance with state regulations.

• Supervise and mentor clinical staff, providing guidance and support.

• Develop and implement treatment protocols and quality improvement initiatives.

• Collaborate with community partners to enhance service delivery.

• Conduct clinical assessments and participate in case reviews.

**Qualifications:**
  • Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling.
  • Minimum 5 years of clinical experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
