**Salary:** $57,500 – $63,500 per year
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Social Worker/Counselor to provide intensive home-based therapy to families in need.
**Responsibilities:**
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide therapy sessions in clients’ homes, focusing on family dynamics.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
Maintain accurate documentation and case records.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
**Qualifications:**
Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling.
Current Ohio licensure (LISW or LPCC).
Experience in home-based therapy preferred.
