**Job Title:** Clinical Leader – BCBA **Location:** Fayetteville, NC **Salary:** Up to $125,000/year **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Leader – BCBA to oversee our behavioral health programs in Fayetteville. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis and leadership experience. **Responsibilities:**

• Supervise and mentor BCBA and RBT staff.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

• Conduct assessments and analyze data to track client progress.

• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.

• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

**Qualifications:**
  • Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
  • BCBA certification required.
  • Minimum 3 years of clinical experience.
