**Job Title:** Outpatient Aging Population (55+) Therapist **Location:** Midland, MI **Salary:** $50,024 – $59,085 per year **Job Description:** We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Outpatient Therapist to support our aging population (55+) in Midland, MI. The ideal candidate will provide individual and group therapy, focusing on mental health challenges specific to older adults. **Responsibilities:**

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

• Collaborate with healthcare providers and families.

• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.

**Qualifications:**
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
  • Valid state licensure (LMSW, LPC, etc.).
