**Job Title:** MST Therapist
**Location:** Portland, ME
**Salary:** $55,000 – $70,000 per year
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dedicated MST Therapist to provide Multisystemic Therapy (MST) to at-risk youth and their families. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health and family therapy.
**Responsibilities:**
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide in-home therapy sessions to families.
Collaborate with schools, social services, and community resources.
Monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed.
**Qualifications:**
Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
Experience with MST or similar therapeutic approaches.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
