**Job Title:** Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) **Location:** Chandler, AZ **Salary:** Up to $105,000/year **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our team in Chandler, AZ. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality behavioral analysis services to clients with developmental disabilities. **Responsibilities:**

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Implement and monitor behavior intervention strategies.

• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.

• Provide training and supervision to RBTs and staff.

• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.

**Qualifications:**
  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
  • Current BCBA certification.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
