**Job Title:** Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
**Location:** Battle Creek, MI
**Hours:** 4 PM – 7 PM
**Salary:** Competitive, based on experience
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dedicated BCBA to provide high-quality behavioral analysis services to clients in Battle Creek.
**Responsibilities:**
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Implement and monitor behavior intervention strategies.
Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.
Provide training and support to staff and caregivers.
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
**Qualifications:**
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
Current BCBA certification.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
