The ideal candidate will oversee clinical operations, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with regulations. **Responsibilities:**

• Lead and manage clinical staff, providing supervision and support.

• Develop and implement treatment protocols and policies.

• Monitor program effectiveness and patient outcomes.

• Collaborate with community partners and stakeholders.

• Conduct staff training and professional development.

**Qualifications:**
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
  • Licensed Clinical Professional (LCSW, LPC, etc.).
  • 5+ years of experience in substance use treatment.
