**Job Title: BCBA Supervisor** **Location: North Hollywood, CA** **Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 per year**

We are seeking a dedicated BCBA Supervisor to lead our team in North Hollywood. The ideal candidate will have a passion for improving the lives of individuals with autism and related disorders.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Supervise and mentor BCBA and RBT staff.
    • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
    • Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed.
    • Provide training and support to staff and families.
    • Ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

    Qualifications include a BCBA certification, strong leadership skills, and experience in a clinical setting.
