**Job Title:** Clinical Director – LICSW, LMHC, LADC-1
**Location:** Danvers, MA
**Salary:** $80,000 – $85,000 per year
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a Clinical Director to lead our mental health and substance use treatment programs. The ideal candidate will hold LICSW, LMHC, or LADC-1 licensure.
**Responsibilities:**
Oversee clinical operations and ensure compliance with state regulations.
Supervise and mentor clinical staff, providing guidance and support.
Develop and implement treatment protocols and quality improvement initiatives.
Conduct assessments and provide direct clinical services as needed.
Collaborate with community partners to enhance service delivery.
**Qualifications:**
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
