**Job Summary:** The Occupational Therapist will perform thorough assessments of clients to create and implement personalized treatment plans that enhance daily functioning and support effective rehabilitation. **Key Responsibilities:**

• Conduct comprehensive physical and psychological evaluations.

• Develop tailored treatment plans based on client needs.

• Monitor and document client progress regularly.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize care.

• Educate clients and families on therapeutic techniques.

**Requirements:**

Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.

Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in rehabilitation settings preferred.
