Job Description

**Job Title: Clinical Psychologist (Hybrid Remote)** **Location:** Union City, CA **Salary:** $143,374 – $160,118 + Bonus + Full Benefits + Sign-On Bonus

We are seeking a Clinical Psychologist to provide mental health assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and crisis intervention services for adult and/or child members. The ideal candidate will conduct psychiatric evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans.

**Responsibilities:**
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Document patient progress and treatment outcomes.

  • Doctoral degree in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.).
  • Active state licensure as a Clinical Psychologist.
  • Experience in crisis intervention and treatment planning.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
