• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Monitor and document student progress and behavior.

Provide support to students in various educational settings.

Collaborate with teachers and staff to promote positive behavior.

Participate in training and professional development. **Requirements:**

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification preferred.

Experience working with children, especially those with special needs.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
