**Job Description** Under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, the Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) delivers occupational therapy services, including treatment, implementation, standardized assessment data, and documentation. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**

• Provide interventions to enhance patient outcomes.

• Assist in developing and implementing treatment plans.

• Conduct standardized assessments and document progress.

• Educate patients and families on therapeutic activities.

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize care.

**Requirements:**
  • Associate’s degree in Occupational Therapy Assisting.
  • Current state licensure or certification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
