Job Description

CareStaff Partners is looking for a Physical Therapist (PT) for a critical travel or local contract role at a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) / Long-Term Care (LTC) in Oakland, CA!

Specialty: PT – Physical Therapist

Setting: SNF/LTC

Start Date: 09/18/2024

Hours Per Week: 40.00

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Licensure/Certification Required: Active CA License


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and function.
  • Document patient progress and adjust treatment as needed.

    • Requirements:

  • Valid CA Physical Therapist license.
  • Experience in SNF/LTC settings preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
