**Job Title:** Behavior Technician (RBT) **Location:** Sausalito **Experience:** No experience needed! (Bachelor’s degree required) **Hourly Rate:** $29 – $30 per hour **Job Type:** Part-time **Mission Statement:** Our mission is to deliver personalized ABA-based therapy to individuals with neurodivergent conditions and behavioral challenges. **Responsibilities:**

• Implement individualized treatment plans under supervision.

• Collect and record data on client progress.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

• Provide support during therapy sessions.

**Requirements:**
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours.
  • Passion for helping individuals with diverse needs.
