Mental Health Specialist (12487)

Job Description

InGenesis is looking for a Mental Health Specialist to join our team and support our client. In this role, you will deliver culturally competent preventative and early intervention mental health services for the ARISE program. This position will involve spending approximately half of your time in the community.

Responsibilities:

Provide individual and group counseling.

Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.

Collaborate with community resources and stakeholders.

Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed.

Requirements:

Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.

Valid state licensure.

Experience in mental health services.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
