**POSITION TITLE:** Occupational Therapist **SALARY RANGE:** $3,469.94 – $5,126.68 Bi-weekly | $90,218.44 – $133,293.68 Annual **REPORTS TO:** Clinical Supervisor The Regional Center of the East Bay (RCEB) is a community-based, private non-profit organization. **Responsibilities:**

• Assess and develop treatment plans for clients.

Provide therapeutic interventions to enhance daily living skills.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.

Document client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. **Requirements:**

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.

Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience with diverse populations preferred.
