Since our founding in 1895 in Marin County as an orphanage, and through our evolution as Sunny Hills Services, Side By Side has led the way in child welfare, supporting the most vulnerable youth in our community. Today, we continue this vital mission.
**Responsibilities:**
Provide direct support and counseling to at-risk youth.
Develop and implement individualized care plans.
Collaborate with families, schools, and community organizations.
Maintain accurate documentation and case records.
**Requirements:**
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field.
Experience in child welfare or youth services.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
