Job Description

**Job Title:** COTA-SNF **Location:** Fremont, CA **Pay:** $45-$48/hr. (W2) **Job Type:** Contract **What You Bring:**

Required Licenses/Certifications:

Current, unrestricted license from the California Board of Occupational Therapy.

Valid California driver’s license.

**Responsibilities:**

Provide occupational therapy services in a skilled nursing facility.

Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.

Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions as needed.

Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care.

**Requirements:**

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Experience in a skilled nursing setting preferred.
