**Position Overview:** The Mental Health Worker supports the Unit Charge Nurse, Relief Charge Nurse, or Team Leader. This role involves gathering and documenting patient information, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring a safe environment.

**Responsibilities:**

Monitor patient behavior and report changes.

Assist with therapeutic activities.

Maintain a clean and safe environment.

Collaborate with the healthcare team.

**Requirements:**

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience in mental health preferred.

Strong communication skills.

Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
