**JOB TITLE:** Mental Health Therapist **LOCATION:** Cronin House **Who are we?** Horizon Services, Inc. (HSI) is a nonprofit established in 1974, dedicated to providing addiction treatment and reducing substance use challenges for individuals from diverse backgrounds. **Responsibilities:**

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions.

• Develop and implement treatment plans.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.

• Provide crisis intervention as needed.

**Requirements:**

Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.

Valid state licensure (LCSW, LPC, etc.).

Experience in addiction treatment preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
