SPG Therapy & Education is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts for school-based roles. We prioritize a unique mentoring program and foster strong, collaborative relationships with our clients. Founded and led by clinicians, SPG is committed to excellence in therapy and education.
Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Implement and monitor behavior intervention strategies.
Collaborate with educators and parents to support student progress.
Provide training and support to school staff on behavior management.
Requirements:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
Experience in school settings preferred.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
