**Position Purpose:** The Asset Protection Specialist plays a crucial role in safeguarding the company’s assets by preventing financial loss due to theft and fraud while ensuring compliance with safety and environmental programs across assigned stores. **Responsibilities:**

• Monitor and analyze store activities to identify potential theft and fraud.

• Implement loss prevention strategies and conduct regular audits.

• Collaborate with store management to train staff on asset protection protocols.

• Investigate incidents of theft and prepare detailed reports.

• Support safety initiatives and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.

**Requirements:**

High school diploma or equivalent; degree in criminal justice or related field preferred.

Previous experience in loss prevention or security.
