**East Bay Innovations** **On-Call Direct Support Professional (DSP)** **Emergency Cellphone Responder – Supported Living (Driver Required)** **About Our Organization:** Founded in 1994, East Bay Innovations (EBI) is a nonprofit dedicated to empowering individuals with developmental disabilities. **Responsibilities:**

• Provide immediate support to individuals in crisis situations.
• Respond to emergency calls and assess needs.
• Assist with daily living activities and promote independence.
• Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and support provided.
• Collaborate with team members and other service providers.

**Requirements:**
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Experience in direct support or related field preferred.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
