**Company Description** Easy Does It Emergency Services (EDI) is a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to supporting individuals with disabilities and the elderly in Berkeley. We assist those facing unforeseen crises or temporary challenges in maintaining their independence. **Responsibilities:**

• Provide immediate assistance to clients in crisis situations.
• Assess client needs and develop tailored support plans.
• Coordinate with local agencies and resources for comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate records of services provided and client progress.
• Advocate for clients to ensure their rights and needs are met.

**Requirements:**
  • Experience in social services or related fields.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor.
