**JOB DESCRIPTION** At Omatochi, we believe seniors should have the option to age at home with dignity. Our home health aides provide essential support to clients who live independently but require assistance with daily tasks. **Responsibilities:**

• Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities

• Prepare meals and assist with nutrition

• Help with medication reminders and light housekeeping

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Monitor client health and report changes to healthcare professionals

**Requirements:**

High school diploma or equivalent

Certification as a home health aide preferred

Compassionate and patient demeanor

Strong communication skills

Ability to pass background checks
