**Job Title: Business Development Manager** The Business Development Manager will spearhead the Business Development team to devise and execute strategies aimed at achieving program growth and enrollment targets. This role involves generating new business leads and actively fostering partnerships in the San Francisco and Santa regions. **Responsibilities:**

• Lead the Business Development team in strategy formulation.

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities.

• Build and maintain strategic partnerships.

• Analyze market trends to inform growth strategies.

**Requirements:**
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving growth targets.
