Softek Global Services offers operational and strategic support to tribal 8(a) and commercial organizations. We are currently seeking a Business Operations Administrator in Redwood City, CA. The Office Administrator will ensure the efficient functioning of office activities by organizing schedules, managing communications, and supporting team projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily office operations and procedures
  • Manage calendars and schedule meetings
  • Assist in project management and reporting
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment
