Ultimate Staffing is seeking an Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Specialist to join our client in Palo Alto, CA. This is an onsite role for a proactive individual ready to establish and lead the EHS function. If you’re up for the challenge, we encourage you to apply!

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures

Conduct risk assessments and audits

Provide training and support to staff

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in EHS or related field

3+ years of EHS experience

Strong communication and leadership skills

Certifications (e.g., CSP, CIH) preferred
