**Responsibilities:**
Lead interior design projects from concept to completion.
Collaborate with clients and team members to develop design solutions.
Prepare presentations and design documentation.
Ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
Mentor junior staff and oversee their work.
**Requirements:**
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field.
3+ years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.).
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
