**Job Summary:**
Under the supervision of the Pathologist or Laboratory Manager, the technician will conduct immunohistochemical stains and various special procedures. Responsibilities include cutting, embedding, and staining histology specimens.
**Essential Responsibilities:**
Perform routine tasks related to specimen fixation and processing.
Conduct immunohistochemical staining and other specialized techniques.
Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
Assist in quality control and troubleshooting of staining procedures.
**Requirements:**
Associate’s degree in Histotechnology or related field.
Certification as a Histotechnologist (HT) preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
