Job Description
**POSITION:** Lobby Attendant/Ambassador/Doorman
**REPORTS TO:** On-site Property Manager / Front Desk Manager
**CLASSIFICATION:** Part-time, Hourly, Non-Exempt
**SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:**
The Lobby Attendant/Doorman, under the guidance of the Onsite Property Manager and Front Desk Supervisor, will:
Greet and assist residents and guests with a friendly demeanor.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby area.
Monitor building access and ensure security protocols are followed.
Provide information about the property and local amenities.
Assist with packages and deliveries as needed.
**REQUIREMENTS:**
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and a professional appearance.
