Full-time Medical Assistant – remote position (work from home – USA based)

Job Description

Lara Health is seeking a skilled Medical Assistant for our virtual patient care program. Join our dedicated team of compassionate MAs and nurses who deliver preventative care and support to patients between doctor visits. This is a full-time position (minimum 30 hours per week).

Responsibilities:

Assist in virtual patient consultations

Monitor patient health and provide education

Document patient interactions and care plans

Coordinate follow-up appointments and referrals

Requirements:

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent

Experience in telehealth or virtual care preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills

Proficient in electronic health records (EHR)
