**Position: Production Operator / Assembly Line Worker**
As a Production Associate at Aerotek, you’ll:
Pull order forms to identify required products for production.
Retrieve products from the warehouse and transport them to the production floor.
Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
**Responsibilities:**
Monitor equipment for proper operation.
Report any issues to supervisors promptly.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.
**Requirements:**
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a production or assembly role preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
