Under general supervision, the SameDay City Pick Up & Delivery (PUD) Courier ensures prompt and courteous delivery and pick-up of packages and FedEx Office customer orders. Responsibilities include:
Checking shipments for compliance with FedEx service standards.
Providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries.
Maintaining accurate records of deliveries and pickups.
Adhering to safety and operational procedures.
**Requirements**
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs.
