**Job Title: Assistant Planner (Hybrid, Emeryville)** LHH is partnering with a Retail/Grocery company in Emeryville, CA, to find a contract Assistant Planner! This HYBRID role requires in-office attendance 1-2 days per week and is expected to last at least 3 months. The position reports to the Senior Inventory Manager. **Responsibilities:**

• Assist in inventory management and forecasting.

• Analyze sales data to support planning decisions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize stock levels.

• Prepare reports and presentations for management.

**Requirements:**
  • • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • • 1-2 years of experience in planning or inventory management.
  • • Proficient in Excel and data analysis tools.
  • • Strong communication and organizational skills.
