**Position Overview:** This role involves preparing dietary information for kitchen staff to ensure proper food preparation for hospital patients. You will collect orders and assess patient needs while monitoring dietary restrictions.

**Responsibilities:**

Prepare and maintain accurate dietary information.

Collect and process patient meal orders.

Collaborate with healthcare teams to address dietary needs.

Monitor and adjust menus based on patient feedback.

**Requirements:**

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience in dietary or food service preferred.

Strong communication skills.

Knowledge of nutrition and dietary restrictions.
