Job Description

**Job Title: Janitor / Porter / Cleaner** **Company: SBM Management Services**

As a Custodian at SBM Management Services, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing floor care, including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet spotting.
  • Conducting surface care tasks such as dusting, sanitizing, and cleaning glass/mirrors/windows.
  • Polishing metal and wood surfaces, and cleaning blinds.
  • Ensuring restrooms are stocked and maintained to high standards.
  • Responding to maintenance requests and assisting with special projects as needed.

    • Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous custodial experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
