Job Description

**POSITION SUMMARY:** Leads a store business unit, dedicated to delivering a consistent and positive customer experience. Assists in supervising team members and overseeing business operations, including production, retail processes, pick-up and delivery, and shipping. **RESPONSIBILITIES:**

• Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

• Supervise daily operations and team performance.

• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment.

• Facilitate training and development for team members.

• Implement and uphold company policies and procedures.

**REQUIREMENTS:**

Proven leadership experience in retail or similar environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Familiarity with inventory management systems.

High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
