**POSITION SUMMARY:** The Lead Consultant possesses comprehensive knowledge of the Store’s operations, including print, signs & graphics, and shipping, while consistently providing an exceptional customer experience. This role involves taking customer orders, coordinating projects, and ensuring timely delivery. **Responsibilities:**• Assist customers with product selection and inquiries.
• Process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure project completion.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Train and mentor new staff as needed.
