**Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst** **Location: Kansas City, MO** **Salary: $74,000 – $78,000 per year** We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Kansas City, MO. The ideal candidate will have a passion for improving the lives of individuals through evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement and monitor behavior intervention strategies.
  • Provide training and support to staff and families.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.

    • Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
  • Current BCBA certification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in a clinical or educational setting preferred.
