**Salary: $83,000 – $100,000 per year**
We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Cary, NC. The ideal candidate will have a passion for improving the lives of individuals through evidence-based behavioral interventions.
**Responsibilities:**
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Implement and monitor behavior intervention strategies.
Provide training and support to staff and families.
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
**Requirements:**
Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
Current BCBA certification.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in clinical or educational settings preferred.
