**Job Title: Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)** **Location: Charlotte, NC** **Salary: $90,000 – $115,000 per year** We are seeking a dedicated Lead BCBA to join our team in Charlotte, NC. This role involves leading behavior analysis programs and providing high-quality services to clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Supervise and mentor junior BCBAs and RBTs.
  • Conduct assessments and analyze data to track progress.
  • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
  • Current BCBA certification.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
